Trent University Rowing Tanks




Just in time for classes to begin! NCAquatics has completed the first Myrtha Pools Rowing Tanks in Canada for Trent University in Peterborough, ON. The Trent University Rowing Crew, as well as community groups, will be training through the winter on their new Myrtha Rowing Tanks. Capable of accommodating 8 rowers and 16 Dragon Boat paddlers, the tanks were developed as part of a major expansion of the Trent University Fitness facilities. The C.A. Knight Aquatic Center, Fort McMurray, Alberta











The C.A. Knight Aquatic Centre in Fort McMurray Alberta is now completed construction. This facility is considered to be the largest indoor aquatic centre in North America, featuring 5 Myrtha Pools.

The Competition Pool is 55-metres x 25-metres with 2 Myrtha Movable Bulkheads and Dive Bubble Training System. The pool was constructed to tolerances of +/- 2mm in ALL dimensions. There is also a 25-Metre Myrtha Warm-up pool, a very large Myrtha Leisure Pool with beach entry, a river ride and vortex area, a water play area and a 3,000 square foot Splash area and a slide landing pool for two flume rides, all with Myrtha Softwalk padded floor. Finally there are 2 Myrtha Whirlpools, one raised above the pool deck with Myrtha Vanishing Edge profile, and one at deck level with the first Myrtha Bubble Beds in Canada.
